This is the best Italian cooking magazine I have ever seen -no wonder, as it is actually published in Italy, in Italian. American magazines of Italian cooking seem to be about what we suppose Italian food is about. This magazine is what trendy Italian women would actually pick up and buy, and cook from. There are cooking lessons as well as recipes and reviews. It is worth the effort to translate the issues (if you are not fluent in Italian, as I am not) and the photos are beautiful.This magazine is the real deal, in Italian, for Italians. I love La Cucina Italiana but this is even better. Knowing a bit of Italian would help in using this, but there is always Google Translator (as long as you are willing to type a lot of Italian). The first thing I learned was what a deciliter is. It is also packed with recipes and pictures....awesome.this is the best cooking magazine ever!! The recipes are easy and delicious.The subscription is expensive, but worth every penny!
