Purchased this at local book store at first then signed up for a year. Like reviewer in Indiana I will renew too. Lots of ads, but someone has to pay for cost of the nice paper! Has given me some good websites to visit and sent me the right direction.

Mr. Andrew Waite sent me an unsolicited email because I subscribed to his magazine. It was a scam that cost me $8,000. It was suppose to be for mortgage modifications, but nothing more than a scam. This one year subscription cost me $8,000. To this day, I don't know if he's just a marketer who will send anything to his subscribers as long as it pays him money, or if he was involved in this scam. Either way, I'd be very wary of the advice he and his magazine gives you.
