I love old tractors. Old cars, old engines, old farm equipment. And frankly, I'm not that old myself. I have a tractor in the yard that's 20 years my elder, however, and I love having it around. Antique Power Magazine takes you on a nationwide tour of what used to be the ubiquitous solution to Getting Things Done. From little garden tractors that would be dwarfed by today's "riding mowers" (and unlike the modern mowers, those little garden tractors could still pull a small plow) to mighty old steam traction engines, they're all part of this country's post-industrial history. And it's just brilliant stuff from collections as described by the owners, to the complicated, tortuous corporate histories, to sneak peeks at models seldom if ever seen by the public.
I gave a subscription of this magazine as a gift...for someone I LIKE. That ought to point up how highly I regard it.Outstanding magazine if yu love old tractors this magazine is for you, not only contains great stories but very useful tips
