Sandra Knitting - English ed

This was a renewal of a magazine subscription purchased as a gift for my wife. She was thrilled to receive the first year issues, and requested the renewal. She is saving all of the issues so that she can review the patterns again as she has time to plan her future knitting efforts. A real good investment for knitting enthusiasts. Could have given a 5-star rating if the price was a little lower, but no complaints about the value.

"Sandra" has been one of my favorite knitting magazines since I started buying it. I like the instructions, they are very clear and easy to understand, and the designs are very nice.

Camaro Performers

My son loved this magazine for new ideas and learning about new products. We have only received one magazine in the past few months. If it turns out that we will only receive one magazine, I would not recommend this product at all for $19.95.

I have subscribed to this publication for many years now and I am never let down on the content. If you are in to any age Camaro, this is a great read!

This and other car magazines are a great gift for the man who likes and tinkers with cars. Now he's getting Mustang, Pontiac Performers, and this one to help him restore the three or four old classics from the 1960s and early 1970s that he's got in his home garage.

Monthly Review

Monthly Review provides an independent socialist view of both US domestic, foreign, and economic policies and world affairs. The articles are scholarly but accessible. Monthly Review has been a strong voice advocating a socialist society for decades and remains relevant today.

Pro Cycling

Good magazine, they cover the sport very well. I would extend my subscription in a heartbeat, but for $100 a year, it's too cost prohibitive.

I don't think they're really set up for subscriptions outside of the UK. At least for U.S. deliveries they aren't. If they want this magazine to do well here, they really should find some solutions to bring down the cost otherwise, it will never fly here in the U.S.

I'm a huge cycling fan and had been looking for a good cycling magazine that focused on Pro-Cycling and chanced upon this mag in an airport in Europe. It was amazing had all the Pro coverage I had been looking for, as well as coverage of road bike equipment that I might be interested in. As in all printed media, especially monthlies, news often outpaces their printing schedule but their interviews etc. remain relevant. Great photography, lay-out and historical articles.

Siempre Mujer (2-year)

I'm working on learning Spanish. I figured this magazine would be very helpful in improving my reading skills. It has so far. It's a typical women's magazine with articles about beauty, fashion, relationships, and family issues. It also frequenlty includes an interview with a celebrity. I would recommend this to any woman who wants to improve her Spanish skills.

Purchased a year of Siempre Mujer for my bff who likes Latino magazines. This is the first Latino magazine she's received that's actually written in Spanish, she told me. It is something like Good Housekeeping...meaning articles about various topics. After she'd received an issue or two, I saw a sale somewhere for another year of the magazine and asked if she'd like it renewed, and she said yes. She's not big into reading, so I take it to mean this is an enjoyable magazine.

This is the second time I've been asked to review this magazine. I find it irritating since they never bothered sending it. I know this review won't be published; I just wish you'd stop asking for one. BTW I am not Hispanic, I volunteer at a hospital and got this to add to the library cart for the patients who speak Spanish. Seemed like a nice idea...

Vermont Life

Currently living in Seattle, I was born and raised in Vermont, and find Vermont Life to be one of the magazines I pick up when I'm feeling homesick. Produced to appeal to the tourist, it concentrates mostly on the touristy side of Vermont ski areas, panoramic foliage, maple syrup, and Farmer's Markets feature prominently on its pages. Despite that, its like a nice slab of apple pie with sharp Cabot chedder on the side a piece of home every month.

I've been to Vermont several times and hope to retire there in the not too distant future. When I saw the magazine, I immediately ordered it not only to keep me connected to a state I dearly love but to keep up with relevant happenings in the area. I just received my first issue and was really pleased with it. It had some really nice articles, amazing pictures and was everything I had expected. I look forward to many more issues....for me, they represent the hope and dream that soon my husband and I can move somewhere where you can breathe deeply, slow down, appreciate how beautiful this country really can be and learn to be as self-sufficient as possible. And if a magazine can make you feel that inspired, then it's a pretty good magazine.

Crawl Magazine

Hands down my favorite magazine I get ! And I get a LOT. Now they are back, and promise to be better then ever. Outstanding pics, great articles, only extreme, reall off roading is covered in this. None of the sissy street crap. Just a great, awesome rag to have.

Excellent photos, interesting stories, a lot of tech info, new products, and reports from competitions make this an excellent magazine. I also like how personal a lot of the CRAWL writing feels.

I highly recommend this magazine for all jeep enthusiasts.
